How quickly can the hotel rooms be installed?

Our accomodation units can be installed anywhere within a single day, offering instant accommodation solutions. You'll need access to power, water and a septic outlet. These can be from local connections or by adding generators, septic systems and water supplies as an optional extra

Can the interior design be customised?

Yes, our interior designs are fully customisable to match your customer's brand or personal taste, providing a bespoke experience. Some applications require a kitchen facility, some, such as military units do not. Some are singe person units, some double. We'll supply a full set of blueprints and complete instructions and support for any bespoke changes.

What locations are suitable for installation?

Our rooms can be installed in a most locations. They can be mounted on ground screws, so allowing for uneven ground adjustment, a concrete base or anywhere a level siting can be achieved. You will need access to utilities, either local or by adding optional generators and systems. ensuring versatility and convenience for any application.

Who deals with the customer?

You are in charge. From enquiry through ordering, building and delivery, you are in charge. We will provide you with all you need to manage the proces and be there if you need help. But this is your business and you run all aspects of it.

How do I make a profit?

The units cost us at our factory circa 9000 Euros to complete. Prices in your region may differ. The units sell for around £23,000. Like any business, you'll have room to negotiate and if neccessary you will set your prices to suit the opportunity. You pay a "Royalty" fee back to Ecolux for each unit completed. This is calculated at 5% of retail cost or a fixed fee. This can be negotiated before you become a partner, licensee and will depend upon your market and your business model. We will assist at every stage, but you are in charge.

What are my costs?

Once you are a licensee, you are running your own business and you are responsible for all of your business costs. In addition you pay a licence fee to Ecoluxe for each unit you build. Licensees may decide to keep a stock of finished units either to rent out or to fulfil orders quickly. Asset finance is available for finished units in your possesion ,so this costs can be offset. You will nee a factory space, tools and to buy raw materials for each build. All of these costs need to be considered in your business plan.

Can you help me with my business plan?

Yes, we can provide templates and provide market data for you. The final plan is yours though. You need to consider all costs as well as the opportunity. Ecoluxe will support you throughout your business operation, but it's important to get financial advice and other professional advice as you need it.

What does it costs to become an Ecoluxe manufacturing partner?

Our model is a licencing model. You are licenced to build and market Ecoluxe units. The costs are dependent upon the size of the operation you run. Our tem will work with you to best find the market for your needs and resources. The demand is very high, so orders are unlikely to be an issue. The limitations are usually in your ability to manufacture enough units to meet demand. There is a licence fee and this will depend upon the territory you wish to own. In addition you'll need premises, tools and materials. We can work with you to build a budget before you make the commitment to being a manufacturer of Ecoluxe products.

Do I need specific skills?

Your business will need access to skilled workers such as welders, electricians and plumbers. But these can be outsourced at the time you need them. The key skill will be the ability to work from a detailed plan to build first the frame and then the various panels that make up the unit and finally the interior fittings. It's unlikely you'll have all of those skills and so finding good employees or contractors is key to your success.
